When can I get my prize or referral money? |

You may e-mail a request for full or partial
winnings or referral money at the end of the quarter. It is our intention
to allow a withdrawal at anytime you request. We will also allow you to
keep and use your winnings for future quarter entry. Keep as much as you'd
like in your account. |

What if I don't get my picks in before the weekly deadline? |

That's simple, your previous picks are used. If you happen to select a
driver that fails to make the race, you will receive zero (0) points for
that pick |

Why do I pick cars, and not drivers? |
| A: |
Actually, it is for your protection and helps reduce confusion. For instance,
when your driver gets injured and a replacement driver will help you get
points. Also, "silly-season" (when drivers get fired or move to
another team in the middle of a season) could hurt your chances. Also, how
would you score a driver that crashes and then gets into another car to
replace another driver in the middle of a race? So to reduce concession,
we pick cars. |

Why do you use qualifying position instead of actual starting position? |

Well, actually we'd rather use starting position. The philosophy behind
UraceM.com is to pick the drivers who actually PASS other cars to improve
their position. Who is the better driver? One who passes three cars (from
4th to 1st)? or the one who passes 25 (from 40th to 15th)? So when a driver
who has already qualified crashes during practice, or misses the driver's
meeting, they have to start in the back regardless of qualifying position.
Unfortunately, NASCAR does not record and post this, and we need an official
reference for our points. |

How can I get a custom, or different picture for myself? |
| A: |
Just e-mail CrewChief! Attach a .JPG or a .GIF file that you'd like to
use. Be sure to state your Player name and that this is a Custom Picture
to be used. After reviewing to make sure it is appropriate, we'll assign
it to your account so everyone can see your personal touch. Don't forget
to put in a personal motto from the "preferences" page! E-mail
